Creating For The People...

As a creative being, mom, wife, caregiver, business owner, while trying to stay healthy, it is easy to get overwhelmed by the needs of family and community. There are so many worthy non-profits, deciding where to focus one's time and resources can be daunting. I named my art and design business, "Create For The People" as an attempt to touch on a couple of my priorities; creating art that could somehow benefit others. I have enjoyed fulfilling these goals in creative ways, from using sales from exhibits to fill up Costco carts with goods for YOTO, having a hot dog lunch buffet outside of Casa Maria and donating art to a zillion silent auctions. Recently, I decided to pick 6 artworks from a series I just completed, "60+ Tucson Portrait Stories" and donate their profits to 4 local charities.

Artworks: "Alberto" and "Muses At The Bus Stop"  profits divided and donated to

Primavera Foundation

Artworks: "City of Gastronomy" and "Frank's Salsa" profits divided and donated to

Casa Maria

Artworks: "DeGrazia's Chapel" and "Donny And The Mona Lisa" profits divided and donated to Arts For All
